Mary and I started on the Minffordd path and bared right over the clapper bridge and headed up towards Mynydd Moel. At the stile looking down on Llyn Cau, we cut across on to the ridge and headed up to Penygadair. We started to head down the Minffordd path across Craig Cau but turned right on a path across Craig Cwm Amarch and then down towards Graig Ddu de. Onto Rhiwogof, Pentre Farm and back to Dol Idris via the road.
